With a background combining operations experience in various sectors of the health industry, three decades of leadership coaching and consulting, and innovative research on executive and physician leadership effectiveness, Tracy founded The Leadership Development Group and serves as its CEO.
Tracy is a recognized expert on leadership within, between, and across the various sectors of the health ecosystem. She is a published author of From Competition to Collaboration: How Leaders Cultivate Partnerships to Drive Value and Transform Health, a nationally recognized speaker, and a sought-after leadership coach.
Before founding TLD Group, Duberman was the Healthcare Practice Leader at a leading boutique executive coaching firm and was a Senior Consultant with Hay Group (now Korn Ferry). Earlier in her career, Duberman held executive positions in a variety of leading organizations including Oxford Health Plans, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Tracy earned her PhD in Public Health Policy and Management from New York University, her MPH from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ, and BA from the University of Rochester. She serves on the board of the Physician Coaching Institute and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Harvard McClean’s Institute of Coaching, and a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and the American College of Physician Executives.

Ron Phillips, JD
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Sysco
Ron Phillips is Sysco's Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and is a proven HR executive with 25+ years of experience and a track record of leading high-performing teams and consistently delivering results and transformative change through people-first strategies.
Ron most recently served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Retail, Omnicare and Enterprise Modernization, at CVS Health, where he led the people strategies and tactics for 200,000 Retail and Omnicare colleagues working in 9,800 retail locations and 1,100 walk-in medical clinics. Prior to CVS Health, Ron was Chief People Officer for Carnival Cruise Line, where he led the global people strategies for 40,000 shipboard and shoreside employees. Ron also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for New York Presbyterian Hospital System, where he led the overall HR strategic direction of the hospital system enterprise, which was comprised of seven major hospitals, including two Ivy League medical schools, and representing 23,000 employees.
Ron has also held HR leadership roles at Comcast, Ryder Transportation, and McDonald’s Corporation. He holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) in Law from the University of Richmond School of Law and a B.S. in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Virginia State University. Ron has served on the boards of the national non-profits Make-a-Wish Foundation, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Steppingstone Scholars, and the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources.
