As an outcome of her research and evidence-based coaching practice, she designs IMG4 products to advance and advocate for the health and wellness benefits of gratitude, supported by the latest developments in neuroscience and positive psychology.
The concept of IMG4 started at the Burton family kitchen table, as we began to learn the latest health and wellness benefits of gratitude. The research was so compelling and convincing that a greater emphasis and increased awareness of gratitude quickly became a family ritual: A small white board placed in the middle of the table was rapidly filled with messages of gratitude, ranging from thankful expressions for a great cup of coffee, to critical mindfulness for our health and happiness.
