Leticia Lazaridis Goldberg, WG’10

 

Leticia is an accomplished healthcare professional dedicated to driving impactful change and improving healthcare outcomes through strategic planning, business development, and operations management.

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Harmony Analytics, a leading provider of advanced analytical solutions, Leticia has been instrumental in onboarding investors with a combined total of $1 trillion in assets. Under her leadership, she has successfully modernized the company's structure, empowering the data science team to focus on the development of novel features and advancements.

Prior to her tenure at Harmony, Leticia founded Valsa Saude, a primary care practice and digital health solutions platform. Under her guidance, there was significant revenue growth (15x), and expansion of its footprint through the opening of three primary clinics and the acquisition of 14 additional clinics.

Furthermore, Leticia has held key positions in prominent organizations, including serving as the Director of Healthcare Projects at Optum. In this role, she successfully managed the design and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance the quality and cost-effectiveness of healthcare services. Additionally, Leticia served as a member of the investment committee at Earnest Partners, where she led investment decisions in the healthcare industry.

Leticia holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Healthcare Management and Finance. She also holds a Master of Business Science in Information Technology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a professional degree in Dentistry from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
