Our Organizer and Moderator: Anne-Maree Cantwell, MD, MBA Our Esteemed Panelists: Stacey Seltzer Stacey Seltzer is a Partner with Gurnet Point Capital (GPC) which she joined in 2022. Prior to joining GPC, Stacey was a Partner at Aisling Capital where she invested in life sciences companies. Over the course of her 14 years at Aisling, Stacey’s board service included Agile Therapeutics, Aimmune Therapeutics (acquired by Nestle Health), AVROBIO, Durata Therapeutics (acquired by Actavis), Miramar Labs (acquired by Sientra), Promentis Pharmaceuticals, Prolacta Bioscience, Spruce Biosciences, and ZELTIQ Aesthetics (acquired by Allergan). Stacey currently serves as a director of Reneo Pharmaceuticals. Maureen Spivack Maureen Spivack serves as Non-Executive Chairwoman of the Board of Excelin Health, a Home Health and Hospice Services provider, and a Corinthian portfolio company. She joined the company’s board in 2018 and was named chairwoman in 2022. As executive advisor to Corinthian Capital, she provides valuable insight and expertise for sourcing opportunities and evaluating acquisitions in the healthcare industry. Maureen also served as the past Chairperson of the Board of Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP), the national accreditation body for community-based healthcare. Barbara Troupin Barbara Troupin is a serial Chief Medical Officer, startup/C-suite/VC advisor, and public-company independent board director. She currently sits on the Board and is a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee for Equillium Bio (NASDAQ:EQ). Over her 20+ years as a life science executive, her roles have spanned Clinical, Medical, Regulatory, Operations and Strategy functional areas, and she has worked at both private and public companies. Barbara is a member of Athena Alliance, a group that promotes board service among women, and where she runs a monthly peer group of Women in Life Sciences. |
