About this Session:
In this session, participants will be introduced to concepts that are useful to understanding and analyzing dynamics related to power and politics in their organizations. You will discover how to build your power (without needing to be promoted) by harnessing your expertise and the relationships you cultivate with others. Furthermore, we will discuss ways to avoid common pitfalls with regards to politics in your organization.
