Join in the healthcare conversation on SIRIUSXM Channel 111 - the Wharton business channel! A panel of experts will discuss Risky Business - How Providers Are Adapting to New Payment Arrangements.
We have a great opportunity to spread the word via national radio on the great things being done in the healthcare field by Wharton HCM alumni and by our program. That is where you come in. For those WHCMAA dues paying members, we are offering the opportunity for you to join in the conversation on live national radio to discuss various healthcare topics. Although in a one-hour show the call-in parts will be limited, we want those parts to be strong and substantive; so we’re lining up WHCMAA audience members (i.e. you) who can add value to various healthcare topics.
Our next radio session, Risky Business - How Providers Are Adapting to New Payment Arrangements, will be Tuesday, October 20 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm EDT. Please note that the topic is subject to change.
The full spectrum of health care payers are looking to buy new "products" from the health care delivery system. Out is old fee-for-service model. In are models that reward value over volume, and hold providers accountable for the cost and quality of the care their patients receive. On this hour of The Business of Health Care, we'll discuss how providers are faring under these new payment arrangements.
Click here to register. Open only to current dues-paying members of WHCMAA. Available to 50 participants.
The user name and password for access to this session will be emailed to all participants on Monday, October 19th.
