Dr. Susan Zbikowski is a successful entrepreneur, business leader, research executive, and behavior change expert with 15+ years’ experience helping businesses grow and differentiate themselves through research and data analytics. Her research interests relate to behavioral and technology supported interventions to reduce health risk behaviors such as tobacco use, unhealthy eating, and sedentary lifestyles across the lifespan. She has served as a co-investigator /site PI on nearly 25 grants and has over 70 peer-reviewed publications. In 2018, she founded inZights Consulting, LLC to help companies improve their competitive advantage by deriving insights and trends from data, developing practical solutions to overcome obstacles to behavior change, and designing innovative programs to improve consumer engagement. She has previously held roles as Chief Behavioral Scientist and Director, Wellness Science and Analytics at Humana and Senior Vice President of Research, Training, and Evaluation Services at Alere.
