Position Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic marketing leader passionate about affecting change in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be charged with developing a world class, scalable marketing organization focused on developing integrated Sales & Marketing plans to drive brand awareness and establish differentiation. Additionally, you will develop and set the strategic vision for the marketing organization while accounting for the organization’s rapid growth and ever changing market conditions. This position provides a unique opportunity to grow a team and build new capabilities within the marketing function within an established organization.

Role and Responsibility 

  • Collaborate with the Executive team to understand organizational marketing needs surrounding Advertising, Branding, Communications, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Support, and other marketing functions
  • Develop strategic vision for the marketing organization and translate the marketing strategy into operational plans and a roadmap to incrementally build capabilities
  • Collaborates with CEO and executive team to define overall corporate strategic vision
  • Research and analyze, external forces and factors that may impact performance including economic, technological, competitive and demographics and recommend appropriate actions to capitalized on market conditions and minimize the effects of competitive activity
  • Oversee key data and intelligence for the organization and ensure that marketing campaigns are optimized against data findings
  • Establish and communicates goals and objectives, defines methodologies, tasks, and activities, and clearly describes roles and responsibilities for performing to personnel
  • Build a world-class, scalable marketing organization by continually refining the marketing processes, procedures, metrics and tools
  • Build and lead the marketing through recruitment and retention of top-tier talent
  • Addresses the most complex client business problems by applying offerings. Develops a compelling value proposition for our solution(s) based on a solid business case and its overall impact on the client’s business as well as the company’s goals
  • Drive for tangible and measurable results, in line with the prioritized business objectives and key results
  • Define customer segments, identify needs, prioritize markets, and drive insights across the organization into product management, product marketing, sales, and service
  • Develop and manage a modern demand generation strategy, leveraging content and assets optimized for the various audiences and solution areas
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing technology, standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with the Head of US Markets on the development and management of integrated short and long term Sales & Marketing plans that build brand awareness, establish differentiation, and drive profitable action
  • Develop and inspire direct and indirect staff, and establish a cross-functional planning and communication process and structure that delivers the marketing agenda and provides flexibility to move swiftly to maximize marketing opportunities and anticipate and resolve problems 
  • Develop and effectively manage complex financial budgets

Experience, Qualifications and Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
  • 15+ Years of well- rounded marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with a focus on strategy and brand cultivation
  • 10+ years of leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team 
  • Experience building marketing capabilities in a growing company
  • Experience with sales methodology and supporting tools
  • Clearly demonstrates exceptional business acumen, strong analytical, financial and quantitative and creative problem solving skills
  • Experience developing and managing complex financial budgets
  • Demonstrated experience setting the strategic vision for a marketing organization
  • Demonstrated ability to execute on a strategic vision to drive successful completion of objectives and key results
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, demand generation, brand,  and product and service management as well as a demonstrated track record of achieving extraordinary results
  • Proven experience evaluating and analyzing consumer trends that drive sound product and brand innovation and ongoing program development
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
