
Sean Zabaneh is a healthcare advisor, advocate, and partner at Duane Morris with nearly 20 years of experience. Representative clients include pharmaceutical and other healthcare product manufacturers, hospital associations, health systems, physician groups, nonprofit healthcare advocacy organizations, and home care agencies. Sean’s litigation practice involves high-stakes healthcare administrative agency matters, commercial contract disputes, reimbursement disputes, and antitrust matters, including in the class action context. Focused on dispute resolution and litigation avoidance, Sean also spends significant time on healthcare advocacy, advising boards, and contract negotiation. In 2005, Sean earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law, where he was a Scholar in Law and on the editorial board of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy, and in 2001, Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts degree as a Presidential Scholar at Case Western Reserve University.

Samantha Dalmass is a member of Duane Morris’s Health Law Practice Group. She advises a variety of healthcare providers, health systems, and companies in the healthcare industry on matters involving healthcare regulatory, transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing, fraud and abuse, reimbursement, Medicare and Medicaid, telemedicine and HIPAA/HITECH. She also advises healthcare clients on various medical staff, peer review, and licensure issues. Samantha earned her law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and also received a Master of Public Health degree from Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health. Prior to law school, Samantha earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Lafayette College.
