Kevin Moran practices in the area of litigation. Kevin represents clients in complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on healthcare litigation and reimbursement matters.  Kevin also represents clients in federal and state courts in connection with business torts, breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, as well as other complex litigation. Kevin is a 2019 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was an associate editor of the Journal of Law & Social Change and a certified legal intern with the Defender Association of Philadelphia. Kevin is also a magna cum laude graduate of Temple University.

Sean Zabaneh is a healthcare and life sciences partner at Duane Morris with over 15 years of trial and courtroom experience. Representative clients include healthcare product manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, hospital associations, health systems, health insurers, physician groups, and home care agencies. Sean’s litigation practice involves high-stakes commercial disputes, administrative agency hearings, reimbursement disputes, and antitrust matters, including in the class action context. Sean also spends significant time on healthcare contract negotiation and developing strategies with clients to avoid litigation and resolve disputes efficiently through business solutions. Sean is a member of the Duane Morris COVID-19 Strategy Team, and serves as the firm’s Hiring Partner, Chair of the Recruitment and Retention Committee, and a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and DM Pride, the Firm’s LGBTQ+ affinity group. In 2005, Sean earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law, where he was a Scholar in Law and on the editorial board of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy, and in 2001, Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts degree as a Presidential Scholar at Case Western Reserve University.
