As the Co-founder and CEO of Oshi Health, Sam is on a mission to increase access to the high quality, whole-person care that two of his family members have needed to manage their digestive/GI conditions. His goal is to free millions of people from the burden of these conditions so they can get back to their life and work.
Prior to co-founding Oshi Health, he held leadership roles across healthcare technology and tech-enabled services companies focused on improving population health.
He is a leading thinker and speaker on critical topics to the future of healthcare, including redesigning care delivery to truly solve patient needs, bringing value-based care into specialty care, how health plans need to modernize to unlock the value of virtual care, the regulatory barriers to next-generation care models, and more.
Sam lives in New York City with his family and enjoys comparing notes with other innovators in healthcare and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams and NYCFC. He is a Penn Engineering undergrad alum (’01) and a Wharton HCM alum (’09).
