Ryan Wesley Brown practices in the area of health law at Duane Morris. He is a member of the firm’s Hiring and Including Committees. Mr. Brown counsels hospitals, pharmacies, and other facilities, and providers on regulatory matters such as privacy, licensure, and billing compliance. He has experience litigating administrative appeals, including substantial work on the issue of Medicaid Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) payments. Mr. Brown has also advised clients on transactional matters, including healthcare regulatory reviews for mergers and acquisitions and complex changes of ownership.
Mr. Brown is a 2018 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was conventions editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review, and a magna cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College.
