Ryan is a healthcare and technology strategist with over 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation across the industry. He currently leads Col Strategy, LLC, a boutique consulting firm building go-to-market and growth strategies for healthcare, clean tech, and other companies working to make a positive impact on society.
Previously, as Director of Product Innovation and Evaluation at Kaiser Permanente, he led a team spearheading strategic initiatives and business development. His background also spans senior roles at the CDC Foundation, the Great Plains Tribal Epidemiology Center, Zynx Health, and the Hearst Health Innovation Lab, as well as technology and workflow leadership at The Permanente Medical Group, commercial leadership at Amgen, and operational leadership at Intel.
Ryan holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
