Dr. Roy Beveridge is a medical oncologist who has been in practice for more than 25 years. He is currently a Senior Advisor at Avalere and most recently served as Humana’s Chief Medical Officer, where he led clinical policy, population health, and clinical quality initiatives. Dr. Beveridge has held similar roles for US Oncology and McKesson specialty. Much of his recent work has focused on social determinants of health and improving the health of underserved populations. He has also published more than 200 papers.

Lauren Cricchi provides policy, reimbursement, and analytic support to clients across the industry in the value-based care delivery space. In her current role as a Senior Manager/Consultant II at Avalere Health, her work centers on identifying investment and engagement opportunities within alternative payment models (APMs), particularly those developed by the CMS Innovation Center and the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Prior to joining Avalere, Lauren engaged with CMMI model participants on quality improvement initiatives and developed clinical quality measures at the Lewin Group. She holds a BA in Public Policy and Leadership from the Batten School at the University of Virginia.
