Rachel Calemmo, LC LEED® AP and Patricia Peiffer

Lighting Designer, Rachel Calemmo, orchestrates light, color, materials and space to create visually appealing environments which ease the demands of modern life and rejuvenate the soul.  An Interior Design graduate of Philadelphia University, Rachel engages all aspects of project design, construction, and management. Her commitment to the total design experience led her to specialize in lighting. She earned the Lighting Certified (LC) designation after successfully completing the NCQLP Lighting Certification Examination.  Her technical skills enable her to complete each design challenge from conception to final installation; resulting in projects representing a broad range of scale, scope, and budget consideration. Rachel is also a LEED® Accredited Professional who designs each project to a high standard balancing aesthetic expectations and energy efficiency due to the important role energy consumption and cost plays in an overall building life cycle.

Patricia W. Peiffer, Quesited, LLC Principal, is an experienced researcher and marketing strategist, motivated by improving user engagement and experience. Her years working with customers and end users laid the foundation for her deep understanding of consumer behavior and the ways in which experience and options effect decision making. Quesited provides research and intelligence for domestic and global organizations, from start-up to multi-national.

Patricia specializes in data-driven insights and intelligence through primary and secondary research; developing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative information to identify opportunities in changing social patterns, competitive landscapes, emerging markets, and niche segments. 

She is experienced in survey construction and uses a variety of methods and vehicles for information gathering including virtual monitoring, onsite observation and surveillance, formal and informal dialogue, online survey, and telephone and intercept interviews.

Patricia holds a Masters of Science in Marketing Management from the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Marketing Management concentration.
