Paul Bohne is a managing partner and leader of Witt/Kieffer’s Healthcare Practice. Paul has more than 20 years of experience working with health systems and a variety of healthcare organizations on senior-level search assignments and leadership-related consultations. Since joining the firm in 1994, Paul has supported more than 100 president/CEO searches, experience that allows him to provide thoughtful counsel to client boards in their most important hiring decisions. Paul is based in Boston after previously working in the firm’s Washington, D.C.-area office.
