Peggy Loughery, MSN, RN is Senior Vice President of Executive Search at Kirby Bates Associates, where she advises healthcare organizations on leadership selection in an era of expanding scope, complexity, and organizational transformation. With more than 20 years in executive search and 15 years of leadership experience across academic, not-for-profit, and for-profit health systems, she brings a practical understanding of how roles are evolving at the enterprise level. Peggy is known for helping organizations and candidates align leadership capabilities with today’s demands — including scaled accountability, cross-functional influence, and triad leadership models. She is an active member of AONL and PONL and serves on the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter Board.
Jocelyn Clarke is Assistant Vice President of Executive Search at Kirby Bates Associates, where she partners with healthcare leaders to navigate career decisions in a rapidly shifting executive landscape. Since 2015, she has focused exclusively on healthcare executive recruiting, bringing a strong foundation in human resources across academic, nonprofit, and healthcare settings. Jocelyn is particularly skilled in coaching candidates to position themselves for roles that demand greater scope, adaptability, and cross-functional leadership. Her experience as an executive career coach informs her consultative, market-aware approach — helping leaders align their skills, story, and trajectory with the realities of today’s healthcare job market.
