Murray Brozinsky

Murray is a Partner at Aegis Ventures co-creating the next generation of health technology companies with trailblazing scientists, entrepreneurs, academic institutions, and health systems.

He is Executive Chair of Avandra (unlocking real-world imaging data to advance treatments) and Wavelet (fetal brain monitoring using AI-powered non-invasive EEG). He also serves on the boards of Ascertain (AI agents automating healthcare workflows), Caregentic (intelligence for continuous care), Hume AI (emotional intelligence for voice AI), Optain (AI retinal imaging + science of oculomics to open the eye as a window to systemic disease), and Stella Mental Health (science-based interventions to treat mental health challenges).

Prior to Aegis, Murray co-founded, led, and successfully exited several leading health technology companies, including Healthline (health education for consumers, now part of RVO Health), Talix (risk and quality solutions for value-based care, now part of Cotiviti), and Conversa Health (automated care for patients, now part of Amwell).

Murray was named one of the Top 50 Healthcare Technology CEOs by Technology Innovators Magazine in 2022 and 2021.

Murray has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an MS in Engineering from the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern University, as well as a BS in Finance from the Wharton School and a BA in Philosophy from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also an award-winning playwright.
