Marla is the CEO and Co-Founder at Hopscotch. Her prior experience involves serving as a Project Manager on NIH-funded clinical trials in the pediatric behavioral space at John R. Oshei Children’s Hospital where she was responsible for recruitment, study design, management of clinical trials, data analysis and running assessments with caregivers and children.
Marla has also worked as a Research Analyst at the University at Buffalo’s Research Institute on Addictions where she helped coordinate longitudinal studies examining the impact of prenatal substance abuse on child development. Additionally, Marla has experience at UnitedHealth Group within OptumHealth, where she worked on a variety of corporate strategy initiatives with the chief executive team.
Marla holds an MBA/MHA from Cornell University’s Sloan Program of Health Administration and the Johnson Graduate School of Management where she served as President of the Johnson Healthcare Club and a Fried Fellow.
