Lisa Soroka is a founding member of The Marblehead Group, LLC, a healthcare consulting firm with a focus on hospital and physician practice management. Its national and international clients include public, private, and county hospitals/ systems, academic medical centers, physician groups, health plans, and global reinsurers.

Prior to forming The Marblehead Group, Lisa held senior management positions at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Medical Group, Georgetown University Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanente.

Lisa earned her BS in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and her MHSA from the University of Michigan.

Wren.pngWren Keber, COPE Health Solutions  
Mr. Keber specializes in the development, implementation, and operations of clinically integrated networks (“CINs”) and accountable care organizations. He has assisted hospitals and physician organizations nationwide in achieving clinical integration and success in value-based programs. He has particular expertise in the Medicare Shared Savings Program and the Next Generation ACO offered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and has advised CINs in their preparation for and participation in the program.

Mr. Keber also has experience in healthcare information technology (“HIT”) strategy and implementation of HIT solutions. He has expertise in several principal areas of HIT, including health information exchanges and electronic medical records, and patient engagement technology such as personal health records and patient portals.

Before joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Keber served as manager for clinical integration and accountable care for The Camden Group, a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm. He led strategic planning and development efforts for health systems building clinically integrated networks and partnering with payers for outcomes-based programs.

Prior to The Camden Group, Mr. Keber served as director for healthcare information technology at Fusion Productions in Webster, New York, where he oversaw the HIT division, including project management, sales/marketing, product development, professional affiliations and partnerships, and strategic consulting services. His past clients include Excellus BlueCross BlueShield in Rochester, New York, and two major regional health information organizations in New York. He had also previously served as project manager for online and interactive programs at Fusion.

Mr. Keber earned his bachelor’s degree in technology from SUNY College of Technology at Alfred in Alfred, New York, and his master’s degree in business administration from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, New York.

Tina Noohi began her role as a Consultant at COPE Health Solutions in July 2017 after graduating with a Master’s in Public Health from the Yale School of Public Health. She has experience working in population health at the Yale New Haven Health System and was an administrative intern at MultiCare Health System in Washington State. During her time in Washington, she helped coordinate Mergers and Acquisition activity, develop strategic planning guidelines and establish quality oversight committees for independent business units.

Ms. Noohi has a background in clinical research and spent three years at the San Francisco Department of Public Health where she coordinated phase III trials in the areas of HIV and sexually transmitted diseases. She coordinated eight trials involving diagnostics and investigational new drugs as well as an internal epidemiological study for which she helped develop the protocol. She also worked for One Medical Group, a nationwide primary care provider, where she saw the benefits of technology and design in health care settings.

Ms. Noohi has long had a passion for health care and for solving the difficult challenges clients face in providing access to services in a sustainable and intelligent manner. 

During her time in graduate school, she served on the content committee for the health care conference at the Yale School of Management and was a consultant at the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute, working with early stage student ventures. Ms. Noohi received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
