Linda brings 25 years of experience in aligning strategic goals and organizational values through leadership development and employee engagement initiatives. She also offers expertise to organizations looking to achieve structural alignment and enhance strategic goal planning. Combined with her research and evidence-based applications of positive psychology, contemporary neuroscience, gratitude and healthy work environments, Linda guides executives and their teams to achieve optimal organizations with progressive leadership.
Linda is a credentialed executive coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), certified in a number of coaching methodologies including a Brain-Based Coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute, a Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach, and a licensed Positive Psychology Instructor. She is a member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School Affiliate. She holds a B.S. in Health Education from Virginia Tech and has completed coursework pursuing an M.S. in Conflict Management at the University of Baltimore.
Linda is a frequent blogger, keynote speaker on gratitude, and the author of Gratitude Heals®- A Journal for Inspiration and Guidance. Her TEDxTalk, The Power of Gratitude to Heal the World, was released in December 2022.

Betsy Chapin Taylor, FAHP is CEO of the health care consulting firm, Accordant. Betsy also serves as a faculty member for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and The Governance Institute. She is also a frequent speaker at conferences for health care and philanthropy in the U.S., Europe and Australia.
