Laura is the founder of Big Idea Tango, LLC and offers over 30 years of experience in healthcare marketing, branding, and market research including work with major Chicago health systems, retail healthcare, and clinical trial patient recruitment. She is a speaker, as well as a focus group and workshop facilitator with a mission to elevate the human experience, whether it’s helping patients feel seen in a broken healthcare system or guiding healthcare executives in elevating ideas and strategies to make real change in the patient experience.
