Ellen Mahoney currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for ZurickDavis, an executive search firm specializing in placing senior leaders and physician executives in a wide range of healthcare organizations, including academic medical centers, hospitals, insurers, physician practices, community health centers, senior care, and home care organizations. Ellen brings over 17 years of experience in search and executive recruitment to ZurickDavis. She both leads and supports client recruitment for senior administrative leaders, physician leaders, and nurse leaders in healthcare organizations. She has served clients and search committees at hospitals, managed care plans, community health centers, physician practices and senior care organizations nationally. As Chief Operating Officer, Ellen also leads the internal ZurickDavis operations and has oversight of all associates and consultants working in research, candidate development and physician recruitment.

Rey Spadoni is principal and founder of consulting and leadership coaching firm, Red Sail Advisors. He has held a variety of senior level positions within the health care industry over nearly four decades, including within the hospital, ambulatory, payer, and post-acute sectors. In these roles, Rey focused on establishing strategic partnerships, organizing and driving financial turnarounds, improving employee and patient satisfaction, and leading merger initiatives. He is the author of Amazon bestseller: "Saving Organizations That Matter: Ascending From the Confluence of Chaos" and host of the "Leading Organizations That Matter" Podcast.
