Kristen began her new position as the inaugural Associate Director of Community-Engaged Research and Participant Recruitment at the Yale School of Medicine. She will lead a team to advance community-engaged research at the Yale Center for Clinical Investigation and further bidirectional community partnerships. She will continue her work as the principal investigator for the Sight Saving Engagement and Evaluation in New Haven (SEEN) Lab.
