Jessica has 15+ years as a certified coach, helping individuals thrive and find fulfillment in their careers (and life!). Jessica has been a part of MBA Career Management at The Wharton School for over ten years and currently oversees MBA Alumni Career Management. In addition to her leadership role, she serves as a career coach to MBA alumni where she coaches through how to identify and pursue short-term and long-term career goals, evaluate career options, launch and manage job searches, and obtain offers.
Prior to Wharton, Jessica spent seven years working at Deloitte, in human capital consulting, advising clients on leadership development, talent management and change management strategies, and as part of the coaching and national leadership development teams. She also managed Deloitte’s flagship partner development program and served as executive coach to many partners. In addition, she spent time managing Deloitte’s Wharton MBA recruiting efforts.
Jessica is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with The International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds an MBA from Emory University and has undergraduate degrees in industrial/organizational psychology and marketing from Pennsylvania State University. Jessica is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society.
