Jennifer Hinkel is President of Sigla Sciences and a co-founder of The Data Economics Company, where she brings AI and data science into biopharma market access and commercialization. At Sigla, she has built and deployed AI tools for evidence generation, compliance review, and payer coverage intelligence, and has led AI-transformation projects with biotech and pharma teams. She previously held roles at Caris Life Sciences, Roche, Genentech, and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, and served for two years in NASA's strategic-foresight program. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a B.S. from Georgia Tech, and is a DPhil candidate at the University of Oxford in Evidence Based Health Care.
