Janet Ladd, PCC, SPHRi, is a Certified Professional Coach and Organizational Development Consultant with over 25 years of experience in business, technology, human resources, and consulting. She holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University and earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. Janet founded Bounce-Forward Consulting Group in 2009, an organizational development and coaching consultancy based in Baltimore. Their experienced team of consultants is respected for their ability to apply evidence-based practices to real-world business challenges and their passionate commitment to help organizations and individuals flourish.
Janet is a founding member of the Maryland Chapter of the International Coach Federation and, as a member of the board, directs the chapter’s outreach efforts. She is an Affiliate Member of IOC at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, as well as an avid volunteer with American Cancer Society.
