Jack Hooper is the Founder and CEO of Take Command, a software platform helping employers offer modern 401(k)-style health benefits. He holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he focused on entrepreneurial management, and an engineering degree from Texas A&M University.
Before founding Take Command, Jack spent six years as an analyst at the CIA and FBI, where he received several distinguished service awards. He also worked in management consulting and strategy at The Boston Consulting Group in Dallas and held project management roles at Shell Oil Company in Houston.
Jack lives in Dallas with his wife, Brittany, and their three boys. He credits his family with providing the spark — and continued support — to be an entrepreneur. When he’s not nerding out on healthcare, he’s spending time with family: coaching basketball, exploring with his boys, or keeping up with their giant dog, Wally.
