Inga Walter brings close to 15 years of global executive search experience to her role as a Managing Director with executive search firm WittKieffer, covering primarily Europe and the Middle East. Inga’s wide-ranging expertise encompasses senior-level searches for healthcare services and life sciences organizations as well as higher education institutions.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Inga was a senior client partner at another global executive search and talent advisory firm, where she spent time in the U.S. (Los Angeles and Philadelphia) conducting national and international healthcare searches. In addition, she spent several years in the firm’s Middle East office, where she was responsible for setting up and leading their Healthcare, Life Sciences and Education practice. Prior to entering the executive search industry, Inga worked as a research analyst for a competitive intelligence firm in London, gathering primary intelligence for Fortune 100 pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Earlier, Inga served as a volunteer of YMCA’s community service program in Costa Rica. Inga is a native German speaker, has fluency in English and Spanish, and has basic French skills.

Nathaniel Hook brings close to 20 years of broad, international executive search experience across the life sciences and healthcare sectors and serves WittKieffer as a managing director in the global Life Sciences practice. Nathaniel’s wide-ranging expertise ensures an extended network of international contacts. Based in London, Nathaniel has a particular interest in the ongoing convergence of the healthcare and technology sectors and the accompanying development of paradigm-shifting digital health applications.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Nathaniel was a senior client partner with another global executive search and advisory firm where he led activities in healthcare services across EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa). Nathaniel was previously a partner in life sciences with two international executive search firms. In his first partner role, he helped establish that firm’s practice in healthcare technology. Nathaniel began his executive search career in a research capacity with a focus on both life sciences and technology with an international recruitment and consulting company.
