The term "Biotech" has evolved since its original definitions focusing on the modification of living organisms and the startup companies built around these processes. Now that some "Biotech" companies have thousands of employees, billions in revenue, and a diverse range of products, what is the difference between "Biotech" and "Pharma" companies?
Please join co-hosts Mark Fraga (WG'02) and John Urquhart (WG-HC'12) for an evening of lively discussion among Wharton colleagues. This event is being jointly sponsored by the Wharton Club of Boston and the Wharton Health Care Alumni Association.
Please note that the "drinks" section of the evening is open to all (cash bar) without an RSVP. Spots at a sit-down "dinner" gathering will be limited to the first 14 Wharton alums to RSVP.
