With the firm for more than a decade, his work spans both academic and community settings, advising and recruiting for roles including department chairs, chief medical officers, medical group presidents, and other key positions. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Imran was a Lead Medical Associate with Sports Medicine, Ltd. in Chicago, where he taught medical students and physicians and performed orthopedic procedures on pediatric patients. This followed his medical training at Ross University School of Medicine in New Jersey. He also held previous clinical research roles at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Maryland Medical Center.

A Principal with WittKieffer, Vineeth (Vinny) Gossain identifies senior leaders on behalf of hospitals, children’s hospitals, health systems, physician group practices, corporations and equity-backed healthcare organizations. Prior to WittKieffer, Vinny was the Director of Outpatient General Surgery, Ophthalmology and Oral Surgery Clinical Programs at Loyola University Health System (LUHS) in Maywood, Illinois. He also held the positions of Service Line Strategy Manager for Neurosciences and Orthopedics. Vinny began his career in the pharmaceutical industry with Eli Lilly and Company. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong understanding of multiple segments of the health care ecosystem to serve as an advisor to clients in a unique way.
