Heather Aspras is the Director of New Product Strategy and Business Development for US Oncology at Merck. With more than 15 years of experience, Heather has worked successfully in a variety of marketing-related roles at Merck, GSK, and ZS Associates. Her roles have included new product strategy, long term strategy, launch, brand management, market research, consulting, and sales.
Heather graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with an undergraduate degree in public policy. She received her MBA with honors from the Wharton School, with a double major in Health Care Management and Marketing. She has remained involved in her alma mater after graduation, serving as President of the Wharton Club of Philadelphia for 5 years (2014-2019) and on the board of the Wharton Health Care Management Alumni Association since 2017, taking over as President in 2021.
Heather lives in Philadelphia with her partner, Hugo. In her spare time, she enjoys weightlifting, reading time travel novels, and playing guitar. In the After Times, she is looking forward to eating lobster at Reading Terminal Market, wandering through the Barnes Museum, and picking up her Charleston dance lessons again.
