Head of Marketing

Cricket Health is looking for a Marketing leader to create and execute the company’s marketing strategy across all audiences – partners, clinicians, patients, and candidates. This role will report directly to the CEO.  The ideal candidate has experience working on early-stage brands and can work in a fast-paced startup environment. He/She will be responsible for owning the creative strategy and collaborating with all stakeholders to articulate Cricket’s vision.

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Develop/refine the company’s messaging and brand proposition
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans targeting payers and health systems
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop sales tools and materials (sales presentations, demonstrations, sell-sheets, product guides, case studies, etc.) 
  • Create marketing reporting functions and own KPI dashboards used across the organization 
  • Own corporate marketing including website and social media
  • Direct the design, development and launch execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans to patients and caregivers

Required Qualifications:

• • 6-8 years of experience in B to B marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in developing content and managing communications across multiple platforms
  • Strong writing skills with proven success in authoring content 
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Experience working in healthcare and/or digital health
  • Highly analytical, strong understanding of product engagement metrics 
  • Adaptable, open to change, and able to work in ambiguous situations with limited direction and respond to new information and unexpected circumstances
  • Consumer/patient marketing a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong creative outlook
