With the US unemployment rate hitting a record 17-year low (4.1% in Oct 2017), one would assume that workers have many career options and relatively low stress. However, with accelerating technical innovations (Artificial intelligence and robotics to name a few), the reality is that stress continues for many employees.

With SalesForce’s assertion that “66% of a sales rep’s time is spent not selling” and an analysis of the McKinsey Global Institute data revealing how “40% of time spent on sales work activities can be automated by adapting current technologies”; what does the future look like for companies’ front-office staff?

To learn about some of the current and projected key competencies that executive recruiters are being asked for their slates of front-line job candidates, please join us on April 20th.
