Hailey Ji leads onboarding strategy for more than 6 million Medicare Advantage members at Humana, helping seniors navigate their healthcare journey while addressing critical Stars care gaps. Her work has contributed to Humana’s continued achievement of its 5-Star rating and membership growth within the aging population through channel strategy and member engagement initiatives.
Previously at Humana, Hailey led patient acquisition and retention strategy through a personalized segmentation lens at CenterWell Primary Care. With a deep marketing background, she approaches seniors not simply as an aging population in need of healthcare services, but as consumers and individuals with deeply human experiences, behaviors, and journeys.
Before Humana, Hailey led go-to-market strategy and execution at an early-stage healthtech startup focused on mental health real-world data, partnering with leading universities and health systems to identify care gaps and deploy targeted interventions.
Hailey also founded a consumer social startup focused on fostering meaningful real-life connections through shared interests. As a solo founder, she grew the team to more than 10 people and launched a product that gained strong traction and reputation in New York City.
Hailey holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Southern California. At Wharton, she helped lead conferences for the Entrepreneurship, Digital Health, and Women In Investing clubs— and co-hosted The Pulse Podcast by Wharton Digital Health. Deeply passionate about building community within healthcare, Hailey currently serves on the boards of two healthcare organizations: Pepper NYC, a healthtech community, and the Association of Asian Healthcare Leaders.
Outside of work, Hailey lives in New York City with her almost two-year-old Border Collie.
