Emily is an Associate Partner within McKinsey & Company’s Lifesciences practice. She is a leader in Commercial AI Innovation and has led numerous large-scale AI-enabled transformations at top pharmaceutical companies. Emily has hands-on experience guiding companies on defining their AI vision and roadmap and embedding capabilities through a combination of technical delivery, change management, and upskilling. She is passionate about unlocking access to more therapies for patients in need through AI-enabled efficiency gains across the value chain.
Emily holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She resides in Philadelphia with her husband (a Wharton Healthcare Management alum) and two children.
