Delphine regularly advises boards of directors/trustees and governance leads on conflicts of interest philosophies, policies, procedures and management including focused initiatives to refresh current conflict of interest strategies.

Delphine has particular experience with hospitals and health systems, including serving as Associate General Counsel and on the Senior Leadership Team for the largest non-profit health system in the United States - and as General Counsel and Chief Advocacy Officer of a regional health system in New York. 

Delphine is a frequent and sought after speaker on legal issues of interest to the health and wellness industries and on women's leadership and governance.  

She is a graduate of Columbia Law School (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar) and of Georgetown University (cum laude).
