Currently serving as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert to corporations, private equity groups, healthcare organizations, investors, and consulting firms, Connie helps teams define differential value, accelerate go-to-market strategies, and build future-forward business models grounded in purpose and impact.

Previously, Connie was Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer at Orthus Health, where she shaped the company’s virtual care product vision and commercialization strategy. As Founder and CEO of Thrive 4-7, she developed Mevii, an evidence-based digital platform powered by IBM Watson, supporting mental health and professional well-being. She also co-founded the Global Pain Institute and designed The Pain Transformation Platform, a personalized digital solution for chronic pain management.

Connie’s earlier leadership roles include Vice President of Strategy at Ashfield Health, where she led enterprise growth initiatives across pharma and medical device sectors; and senior marketing positions at CIGNA and Aetna, where she spearheaded innovation in provider collaboration and digital health engagement. She also served as Director of Education and Marketing at VHA (now Vizient), leading national performance benchmarking initiatives and executive education programs for hospitals.

Her passion for entrepreneurship and innovation extends beyond corporate settings. Connie is Executive-in-Residence for NC State University’s MBA Technology Entrepreneurship & Commercialization Program and an Executive Mentor for the NSF I-Corps.
