He has nearly 30 years of knowledge and personal experience in healthcare talent acquisition, business development, and operations, having held leadership positions in executive search, physician search, hospital, health plan, and medical group management. With an intensive focus on next generation physician executives, he identifies chairs, chiefs, medical directors, and other physician leaders who are charting optimal clinical pathways while maintaining a share of their respective clinical practices.
