Bhuvan Srinivasan is a Director in KKR's Mumbai office and has led multiple investments in pharma, hospitals, waste management, tech, and education. He has pushed transformations across industries, turbocharging growth, hiring senior management, doing M&A, and achieving successful fundraising/exits. Prior to joining KKR, Bhuvan was with Bain Capital in Mumbai. Prior to that, he worked at Bain & Company in Singapore as a strategy consultant serving clients in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Prior to Bain & Company, Bhuvan was a research scientist working on continuous glucose monitoring at Medtronic Diabetes in Los Angeles.
Bhuvan holds MSE and BSE degrees with honors in Biomedical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He's been part of the board of the Penn Club of Mumbai since 2017. He also served on the board of the Impact Investors Council of India from 2019 to 2021.
Bhuvan lives in Mumbai with his family, and enjoys riding his motorcycle, reading about new technologies (current favorite is crypto), and is looking forward to watching live standup comedy again soon.
