Career Development Webinar Series:
The Art of Being Your Best SelfHow to Thrive, Make Friends, and Influence People in a Post-Pandemic World

with featured speaker Simmi Singh, Partner and Leader, Digital Transformation, Egon Zehnder

The world around us presents intriguing juxtapositions: we are coming out of a period of tremendous loss and sadness and into a period of healing, recovery, and unparalleled opportunity.  The markets are ebullient, companies are being created and scaled at lightning speed, and business models are being reinvented at an incredibly fast pace. This new world order can feel daunting and yet it is full of new and exciting opportunities for those able to overcome their fear and nurture their own success. In this environment, how can you effectively tap into the emerging zeitgeist in a way that maximizes your own potential and your personal fulfillment?  In this session, we will be speaking with Simmi Singh about how we can achieve these goals by thinking through the following questions:

  • What is YOUR superpower and how do you tell your own story?
  • Where do you get your energy?  How can you harness it?
  • How can you discover, define, and lean into your own potential?
  • How should you go about building lasting and effective networks?
  • How do you curate opportunities and decide which ones to pursue?
  • How do you hold yourself accountable and define/foster your own success?
