
Anne Sissel is Vice President, Corporate Development at Johnson & Johnson, currently focused on the Orthopaedics Separation. She previously led Business Development for Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Orthopaedics.
Anne brings senior leadership experience across finance, strategy and venture capital from her years at Baxter and at Veracyte, where she was a member of the Founding Team. Earlier in her career, Anne worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., including advising Johnson & Johnson in the announced and re-negotiated acquisition of Guidant and of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. Anne has also held Board of Director memberships in MedTech, Pharma and Digital Health companies.
Anne holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Finance from Indiana University, and is a CFA charterholder.
