Alison Rosenblum and Erin Duffy

Alison T. Rosenblum is a member of Duane Morris’s Health Law Practice Group.  She advises a variety of healthcare providers and pharmaceutical and life sciences companies on state and federal regulatory compliance matters, HIPAA privacy issues, FDA matters, fraud and abuse, reimbursement issues, licensure matters, telehealth, and transactions. Ms. Rosenblum also works with medical cannabis companies on state permit-related matters.

Prior to law school, Ms. Rosenblum served as a Paralegal Specialist for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Vaccine Litigation.  She is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and a graduate of Yale University.

Erin M. Duffy is vice chair of the firm's Health Law Practice Group. Ms. Duffy concentrates her practice on corporate healthcare regulatory matters. She advises clients, including hospitals, medical practices, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and contract service providers on a wide range of transactional and healthcare regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse, self-referral, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, corporate practice of medicine, privacy, fee-splitting prohibitions, and licensure issues. She is also experienced in handling healthcare information technology matters. Ms. Duffy draws on her years of experience and deep understanding of the healthcare industry to counsel her clients on the business impact of the legal issues at stake. Ms. Duffy is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and St. Joseph's University.
