The series will focus on practical, real-world discussions that emphasize the evolving security landscape, business impacts, strategic challenges, and leadership perspectives. Sessions will feature industry thought leaders, dynamic case studies, interactive Q&A, and actionable takeaways to empower healthcare professionals to navigate the evolving cybersecurity landscape.

In a fireside chat-style format, industry veterans who witnessed major breaches and regulatory shifts will discuss what the future holds for security and privacy in healthcare (inclusive of Medical IoT, Cyber Psychology, nation-state growth, etc.). Topics to be addressed include:

Ryan is a healthcare product leader with 20+ years of experience across the CDC Foundation, Kaiser, Hearst Health, Amgen, and Intel. As founder of Agile Growth Strategies, he specializes in product strategy, cybersecurity, and data modernization to help mission-driven organizations build secure, resilient digital health solutions.

Sumona Banerji
Sumona is a futurist, cyber-psychology expert, author, and international speaker. She founded MindShield Institute, the first company to focus on 'Cognitive Security' — a field blending psychology, neuroscience, behavioral economics, and design to strengthen human resiliency against cyber threats.
