About this Session:

In this webinar, participants will learn about the regulatory implications of business and technological innovation, including new forms of business in the sharing economy, and new technologies like autonomous vehicles. Each of these has the potential to “disrupt” existing regulatory structures, leaving regulators with a set of options for how to respond in order to both (a) promote the innovation and (b) protect the public interest.
