About this Session

In Friend & Foe, we suggest that human nature can only be understood by appreciating the tension between cooperation and competition and how we constantly fluctuate between these two states in all of our relationships, from colleagues to siblings to spouses. This webinar will draw on a wealth of our original research to provide insights into power, perspective-taking, diversity, negotiations, trust, deception, apologies, etc. We will also help you "Find the Right Balance" to effectively manage the conflicting forces between friend and foe.
