Dr. Sandra Delgado is Vice President and Chief Medical Officer - TRICARE, a subsidiary of Humana Inc. In this role, she oversees population health services for more than 3 million TRICARE beneficiaries in the Southeast United States. TRICARE is the health insurance for active duty and retired military as well as their dependents. With a population health and preventive medicine background, she is focused on improving the health of individuals by addressing health system innovation and modification.
Pattie Dale Tye is Vice President and Leader of Humana’s Bold Goal under the Office of the Chief Medical Officer. Under Tye’s guidance, Humana is able to drive population health initiatives with physicians and community stakeholders across all segments of the business - for the benefit of members, associates and community health. Prior to this appointment, Tye served as President of Humana’s Large Employer Group Segment, where she was responsible for Strategy and P&L of the segment’s Medical and Specialty lines of business. Additionally, Tye is currently serving as interim CEO/Executive Director of the Humana Foundation.
