Keith A. Goldan, WG ’02, is a senior life sciences executive with over 20 years of operational leadership in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology industries. His experience has spanned domestic as well as international companies from start-up through sales growth. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and CFO of Fibrocell (NASDAQ: FCSC), a biotechnology company located in Exton, PA that is focused on the development of treatments for rare diseases of the skin and connective tissue.
Prior to joining Fibrocell, he served as SVP and Chief Financial Officer of NuPathe, a specialty pharmaceutical company that was acquired by Teva in 2014. Previous roles included time spent at PuriCore plc, Biosyn, and ViroPharma. Keith began his career in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice of KPMG and earned a B.S. in Finance (cum laude) from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
