Fernando Koreeda is a second year MBA student at Wharton. Influenced by his time working as an engineer for MIT's One Laptop Per Child initiative in Brazil during his undergrad years, Fernando hoped to dedicate part of his time at Wharton to social impact. Fernando brought his broad experience from consulting and retail to work with the Wharton team to develop a solution for Access Afya that could meet both the long-term aspirations of the social enterprise and the immediate needs of the community served by its clinics.
