Meryl Allison
Director, Life Sciences Marketing Practice Co-Leader, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Meryl Allison is a Director with Deloitte Consulting LLP and co-leads our Life Sciences Marketing Practice. She specializes in strategy and operations with particular experience in brand and marketing effectiveness. As part of Deloitte’s Customer & Market team, Meryl helps clients build their sales and marketing capabilities to meet the new realities of the industry and to capitalize on new technologies and promotional tools. She has worked in many therapeutic categories addressing issues within both commercial and R&D functions.
Meryl brings 25 years of experience from both the consulting and marketing/communications industries helping clients enhance their competitive positions, expand revenue and grow share. Prior to joining Deloitte, Meryl was Senior Partner and Executive Director of Marketing Strategy for OgilvyOne Consulting and a Partner in Accenture’s Health Care and Life Sciences practice.
Meryl holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Minnie Baylor-Henry
Director, National Life Sciences Regulatory Consulting Group, Deloitte & Touche LLP

Minnie Baylor-Henry is a Director with Deloitte & Touche LLP and one of the leading professionals in Deloitte’s National Life Sciences Regulatory Consulting group. As a former FDA regulator, pharmacist, and regulatory leader, Minnie has extensive leadership, regulatory, and policy experience from her careers in government as well as the pharmaceutical and consumer industries.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Minnie worked for Johnson & Johnson. There she served in several roles in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Sectors, including Senior Director for Regulatory Affairs and Vice President for US Medical & Regulatory Affairs for McNeil Pediatrics. Before joining J&J, Minnie worked in many roles for the FDA, most notably FDA’s National Health Fraud Coordinator and the Director of the Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising, and Communications.
Minnie is currently a Board member with the Drug Information Association and the Food & Drug Law Institute. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Howard University and her JD from Catholic University of America.
Scott Evangelista
Principal, National Life Sciences Commercial Practice Leader, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Scott Evangelista is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as the National Commercial Practice Leader for our Life Sciences practice. Scott has more than 20 years of experience consulting exclusively to the life sciences industry. His work includes a broad spectrum of commercial operations, strategic consulting, business development support, and management guidance. He has significant experience in product strategy, development and positioning, licensing and M&A, and clinical trial planning.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Scott was the Managing Partner at Swiftwater Group, a boutique management consulting firm he founded in 1998. He also held positions at Accenture and CSC|Index.
Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Boston University.
Sarah Callihan
National Marketing Director, Health Sciences, Deloitte LLP

Sarah Callihan is a Firm Director within Deloitte LLP and the National Marketing Director for Deloitte’s Health Sciences practice. Sarah has more than 16 years of experience in marketing, business development and client service to the life sciences and health care industry. Her client service focused primarily on strategic planning, provider reimbursement and revenue cycle operations. As marketing director, Sarah leads a national team of marketing and communications professionals to help industry leaders and account teams enhance brand and reputation, strengthen strategic relationships with clients and industry influencers, and drive market growth for priority services.
Sarah sits on the Board for Wharton’s Health Care Management Alumni Association and the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra and is Founder and Trustee of the Deborah G. Dudding Memorial Scholarship Fund. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Business Marketing Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and the College for Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME). Sarah has served as a faculty presenter to members of the ACHE and HFMA.
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and her MBA in Health Care Management and Strategic Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
